Due to its excellent
mechanical and optical characteristics, 3M™ ESPE™ Lava™ Zirconia can be
used for a wide range of indications. Lava™ Zirconia Oxide copings can
withstand stresses many times greater than those that occur in patients’
mouths. Lava anterior copings can be fabricated as thin as 0.3 mm.
Single unit crowns and bridges with a maximum length of 38mm.

The Procera coping is
produced using CAD/CAM technology with optical scanning for the milling
of a refractory die. Then, an extremely dense sintered aluminum oxide is
pressed over this die and fired at 2800ºF. This results in a translucent
coping with high strength and precision fit.
Procera®
Crown Alumina
• low fracture rate - means minimal chipping as with PFM
• alumina for the most outstanding light transmission in the esthetic
zone
• optimal all-ceramic strength with excellent esthetics
• 0.6 mm thickness for general usage in any position
• 0.4 mm thickness for superior esthetics with unsurpassed translucency
• Available in two colors for alumina: Translucent or White
• long term clinical success data (>15 years)
• radiolucency for marginal fit check
Procera®
Crown Zirconia

• all–ceramic strength
• zirconia for the higher load situations, extremely high flexural
strength, 1200 MPa
• 0.7 mm thickness for use in all indications
• 0.4 mm thickness for the esthetic zone
• superior zirconia strength and esthetics
• available in 4 different shades

The Captek Coping,
for crowns and 3-unit bridges, have been proven to be exceptionally
strong and durable, making it ideal for long span bridge and implants.
The physical properties of the advanced gold material are derived from
the patented reinforcing internal structure of Captek. This structure is
designed to reduce the stress between the porcelain and Captek gold. You
may overlay any type of metal ceramics to Captek.
